Question:

When is it hardest for you to be fully engaged?

We live in a fast-paced world where multiple things are always competing for our attention. But when you are half engaged in multiple things, you can not be fully present for one thing.

Full engagement is a skill that is grown through discipline and focus. How would your day change if you brought your full self, your full engagement, to each situation that arises?

Question:

Are you investing your energy in what matters to you?

In Dr. Loehr’s book, he quotes “The ultimate measure of our lives is not how much time we spend on the planet, but rather how much energy we invest in the time that we have.”

Take 90 seconds and write down the things that matter most to you. Then answer: What impact do you want to have with the energy you invest during your life?

Question:

What are keystone habits that make you feel your best?

Think about the last time you felt you were your best self. What did you do to support that?

Then think of things you do that undermine being your best self. How would your life change if you cut out these bad habits?
